Chugach School District students from Anchorage, Alakanuk, and Akiak attended a week-long Behavioral Health Camp from November 15 – 21, 2019. They heard from industry professionals, toured the UAA rat lab, and became certified in Mental Health First Aid. They are returning to their communities with some great skills and increased interest in a career in behavioral health.
